Olesia Benchak is a PhD in Sociology, Associate Professor at the
Department of International Studies and Public Communications, Vice Dean in International Cooperation at the Faculty of History and International Relations of Uzhhorod National University and a scientific researcher at the University of Foggia.
Her research interests focus on borders, cross-border cooperation, and cross-border processes, international student mobility.
She has extensive experience in teaching using the latest methods of conducting training sessions, including interactive methods. She has gained unique experience and improved the acquired and gained
new knowledge and skills in the field of professional activity, as well as improved professional training during international internships at the University of Ca Foscari (Venice, Italy), at the University of Carlos III of Madrid (Spain), Charles University (Czech Republic), Matej Bel University (Slovak Republic), at the Czestochowa University of Technology (Poland), at the University of Vienna (Austria).
She is the author of many scientific papers, chapters in collective monographs, and scientific developments. She is involved into the international collaboration and research projects. She has a successful experience in more than 6 implemented international projects.
