

Pierpaolo Magliocca is an Associate Professor at the University of Foggia, Italy – where he teaches project management, digital and social media marketing, heritage and tourism marketing – and visiting researcher at the University of Jaen, Spain. He is a member of the editorial boards of several international journals, and he serves as a reviewer for several Italian and international journals. His research interests focus on service management, knowledge, social innovation and social enterprise, ecosystems, innovation, and business process reengineering. His activities are reinforced by his involvement in several academic research projects. Local coordinator for the international research project “TED – Teaching Digital Entrepreneurship”: Project funded by Erasmus + KA203 Program; scientific coordinator for the research project “Digital revolution and teaching methods”, University of Foggia, Italy; scientific coordination for the research project “Medical tourism: managerial and legal dynamics”, University of Foggia, Italy. He is actually involved in international collaborations and research projects about social entrepreneurship and social innovation.
